Been a while since I blogged (Well, for me anyway...) But in any case, Things have been going fair. Kilara broke her favorite taru taru rod and now uses a clothes pole to fish. Unfortunately, I need a small fish rod to catch anything with the sibiki rig I was using before. So I'm just gonna have to go get another taru taru rod so I can do my Fish till dawn maneuver (insect balls are expensive as compared to using the sibiki rig which costs nothing.)

Spoony! and I did manage to defeat a hard AI in C&C Generals yesterday. It was one heck of an achievement all things considered. He played as the GLA Stealth general and I played as the Chinese Infantry general (My Favorite one.) Because of his stealth the AI left him alone, but he kept smacking on me. So I played the role of cannon fodder, holding the AI's attention while Spoony! amassed his invasion force. Then I used my air strike and carpet bombing to down the AI's power (and thus his defensive structures,) and since he had all of his forces trying to run me over, his base was basically unprotected once the power was down. We then struck at his remaining power, then laid to waste the remainder of his base. As an interesting point, he lost more units than I did, an amazing feat considering that he kept fuel air bombing my infantry defenses. Eh, but if you win, who cares?

School starts up pretty quick here, but since there's no classes on Monday, that means I'll have worked 2 weeks and 2 days at full time this month. That means that just the first half of this month should pay off most of the money I took out of my account for school. W007! And since I then work 20 hours a week for the next several months, instead of 16 like last semester, the hope is that I'll actually get back up to my desired amount before the end of the semester, leaving my summer money to the task of buying anime and computer upgrades.

Life on a ship in a bottle.

Mood: Moderate (but feeling a bit ill)
