Wanna know how this works? Read the essay "How to Calculate the Current Time in Vanadiel". That will get you started. The other things you need to know are:

• There is 27648 earth seconds in one Vanadiel Week.
• The race that can get their RSE, and the region they get it from, changes every Vanadiel week.
• The race order is Galka, Hume M, Hume F, Elvaan M, Elvaan F, TaruTaru M, TaruTaru F, Mithra.
• The Location order is the Shakrami Maze, the Ordelle Caves, and the Gusgen Mines.
• Starting at 09:00 9/8/2004 MDT, the Galkas could get their RSE in the Shakrimi Maze on the Sylph server.

Everything else is modulo arithmatic. I basically created two arrays, one with the races (in order, with Galka at position 0), and the other with places (again in order with the Shakrimi Maze in position 0). Then I subtract the known reference week's earth time from the current earth time (both are time stamps measured in seconds) and devide it by the number of earth seconds per Vanadiel week and truncate it to an integer to get the current week number (As relative to my known week with my known week being week 0.) Then I select the race who's index is the current week modulo 8 (the number of races) and the place who's index is the current week modulo 3 (the number of places). I then multiply by the number of earth seconds per Vanadiel week and add my reference week's second number to get the earth time at the beginning of the Vanadiel week.
